Brooke Spigler Cohen
received her undergraduate degree in English from Cornell University in 1996, graduating with Distinction in All Subjects.
She received her law degree in 2000 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as a Senior Editor of the Law Review,
a team member and coach of the Jessup International Moot Court Team, and a Legal Writing Instructor to first-year Penn Law students.
Ms. Spigler Cohen came to Sprague & Sprague with over a decade of experience as a litigator at prominent national law firms. While at Proskauer Rose LLP
in New York City, Ms. Spigler Cohenís practice focused on high-stakes federal court cases, including the widely publicized World Trade Center Insurance
Litigation and the high-profile appeal in the Major League Soccer antitrust suit. At Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia, Ms. Spigler Cohen managed multimillion-dollar
litigations on behalf of clients in a wide range of industries, receiving from the firm its Edwin P. Rome Award for Excellence. She has handled cases in diverse
areas of law, including antitrust, sports, insurance, bankruptcy, trademarks, contracts, business torts, and general commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Sprague & Sprague, Ms. Spigler Cohen served as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, where she assisted the
Court in the disposition of criminal and civil appeals. Ms. Spigler Cohen is admitted to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania.
