In the course of his practice, Mr. Sprague has obtained multi-million dollar recoveries on behalf of individuals grievously wronged, and successfully defended individuals and corporate entities wrongly accused.

According to the LCA, “Fellows are selected based upon effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.”
Prior to joining his father in practice at Sprague & Sprague, Mr. Sprague practiced at the law firm of another legendary trial lawyer with a national reputation, the late James E. Beasley. And prior to practicing at Mr. Beasley’s law firm, Mr. Sprague had the pleasure and privilege of working at the Law Department of the City of Philadelphia where, as an Assistant and then Chief Assistant City Solicitor in the Major Trials Division, Mr. Sprague defended the City and its employees in many significant personal injury lawsuits.
Mr. Sprague is a member of the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
